Jack Markell Trail Emergency

On Sunday August 28, QRS 18 and Kubota 18 responded to assist Five Points Fire Company on a fall on the Jack A. Markell Trail in the area of the Russell Peterson Wildlife Refuge. Upon arrival, the crews assessed the patient and found that the patient had been involved in a bicycle accident and suffered significant injuries. New Castle County Paramedics were requested. The patient was moved to QRS 18 and transported to the trail head to meet with B17 and Medic 1.
