Engine Assist House Fire

Around 12:15 today, Squad 17 made the response to assist Mill Creek on a house fire reported in the 2700 block of Bardell Rd in Sherwood Park. 
Squad 17 arrived as the 4th engine and completed Squad 9's split lay to the hydrant. The crew advanced the third hand line to the rear of the structure and assisted with extinguishing the fire. Squad 17 was on scene for about two hours. 
Other companies assisting were Cranston Heights, Elsmere, Minquas, Hockessin, Aetna and Christiana.
